AceVector IPO Subscribed 23 Percent on First Day of Bidding
AceVector's initial public offering (IPO) attracted bids for approximately 1.72 crore shares on its first day of subscription, which is 23 percent of the total 7.42 crore shares available. This data comes from stock exchange records as of 17:00 IST on 25 September 2026. The IPO opened for subscription on 25 September and will remain open until 29 September 2026.
The company has set the IPO price band between Rs 30 and Rs 32 per equity share. Investors are required to bid for a minimum of 468 shares or multiples thereof. The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth Rs 287 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares valued at Rs 133 crore at the upper price band.
Selling shareholders under the OFS include prominent stakeholders such as Starfish and Nexus Venture Partners, FIH Business Global, Kenneth Stuart Glass, Jason Ashok Kothari, Rupen Investment and Industries, Centaurus Trading and Investments, and Laurent Bernard Amouyal.
From the fresh issue proceeds, AceVector plans to allocate Rs 132 crore towards marketing and business promotion activities, while Rs 50 crore will be dedicated to upgrading its technology infrastructure, particularly for its marketplace business. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
AceVector operates an asset-light digital commerce ecosystem through multiple subsidiaries, covering e-commerce, software as a service (SaaS), and consumer brands. Its primary businesses include Snapdeal, Unicommerce eSolutions, and Stellaro Brands.
Snapdeal is a value-oriented lifestyle e-commerce platform that contributed 57.5 percent of AceVector’s revenue in fiscal year 2026. It caters mainly to price-conscious shoppers across nearly 19,000 pin codes in India, focusing on Tier 2 and smaller cities. Unicommerce eSolutions, providing e-commerce enablement SaaS platforms such as Uniware, Shipway, and Convertway, accounted for 40 percent of revenue and served over 8,200 clients through its platforms.
Stellaro Brands, contributing the remaining revenue share, manages the Rangita women's ethnic wear brand, operating through both online channels and 19 single-brand retail outlets.
Before the IPO launch, AceVector secured Rs 189 crore from 14 anchor investors by allotting 5.90 crore shares at Rs 32 each on 24 August 2026. This anchor book building helps build confidence among retail and institutional investors ahead of the public subscription.
Financially, the company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 37.56 crore for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2026, with sales reaching Rs 510.38 crore during the same period.
The IPO subscription rate of 23 percent on the first day indicates moderate investor interest. Market participants will watch closely to see if the remaining days of bidding increase subscription levels. AceVector’s blend of e-commerce, SaaS, and consumer brands positions it uniquely in India’s growing digital commerce sector, which is attracting significant investor attention due to rising online consumer activity and technological adoption.
