Nine Companies File IPO Papers with SEBI, Including Trans ACNR Solutions
Nine companies have recently submitted their initial public offering (IPO) draft papers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), signaling their intention to access public capital markets. This wave of filings reflects a broader trend of businesses seeking funds to support growth initiatives, manage working capital, and reduce debt burdens.
Among the nine firms, Trans ACNR Solutions took the confidential pre-filing route. This approach allows companies to submit offer documents to SEBI and stock exchanges without making them publicly accessible right away. Details related to Trans ACNR Solutions’ planned IPO, such as the size of the offer, share structure, financial data, valuation, and timeline, remain undisclosed at this stage due to this confidential process. The company confirmed it has filed the pre-filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an equity share offering on the main stock exchanges.
The other eight companies — Maharashtra Oil Extractions, Jagatjit Agri Engineering, Jai Parvati Forge, Koolking Industries India, Sai Infinium, SG Encon, Mount Everest Breweries, and Ultravibrant Integrated Energy — submitted their draft prospectuses publicly between September 21 and September 26.
Maharashtra Oil Extractions, established in 1995, is focused on processing and marketing products across the soybean value chain. Its product range includes crude and refined edible oils, plant-based protein supplements, soya meal, soya flour, textured soya protein, lecithin, and specialty chemicals. The company’s IPO plans include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 370 crore, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 2.14 crore shares by its promoters.
Jagatjit Agri Engineering, a Ludhiana-based firm founded in 2020, manufactures agricultural implements and provides comprehensive crop management solutions. The company aims to raise up to Rs 300 crore through a fresh equity issuance, coupled with an OFS of 31 lakh shares by promoter Jagatjit Singh.
Jai Parvati Forge, headquartered in Mohali and incorporated in 2004, specializes in producing forged and machined parts such as bull gears, transmission gears, shafts, and precision-machined components. Its IPO proposal consists of a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an OFS of up to 90 lakh equity shares by promoter Suman Chauhan.
Koolking Industries India, established in 2008 and based in Punjab, manufactures heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) components for the Indian market. According to a CARE report cited in its DRHP, Koolking held approximately 15 percent of the total addressable market during fiscal year 2026. The company intends to raise Rs 300 crore via a fresh share issue along with an OFS of 30.5 lakh shares by its promoters.
SG Encon’s planned IPO includes a fresh issue of 71.9 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 13.71 lakh shares by promoters Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia, totaling up to 85.62 lakh shares.
Mount Everest Breweries, a beer producer operating primarily in Madhya Pradesh since 1999, filed for an IPO featuring a fresh issue of 1.15 crore equity shares. The company reportedly held a 36.3 percent share of the local beer market by volume in fiscal year 2026, according to a Technopak report cited in its filing. It distributes products across 16 states and three Union Territories.
Sai Infinium Ltd, formerly Sai Bandhan Infinium Ltd, has proposed an IPO comprising a fresh equity issue worth Rs 280 crore and an OFS of 1.2 crore shares by promoter Ishu Bansal.
Ultravibrant Integrated Energy Ltd, previously known as Ultravaibrant Solar Energy Ltd, seeks to raise funds through a fresh issue of 1.2 crore equity shares and an OFS of 25 lakh shares by promoter Rajeshwar Singh.
In addition to these nine, eleven other companies, including JSW One Platforms and biscuit manufacturer Anmol Industries, have recently filed draft IPO papers with SEBI. This surge in filings highlights ongoing investor interest and the active participation of Indian companies in capital markets to finance their strategic goals.
Overall, these IPO filings underscore a diverse group of industries accessing public funding, ranging from agriculture and manufacturing to energy and consumer goods. The fresh capital raised will support various business objectives, including expansion, working capital enhancement, and debt reduction, contributing to their long-term growth prospects.
