Nine Companies File Draft IPO Papers with SEBI Including Trans ACNR
In a fresh wave of initial public offerings, nine companies have submitted their draft offer documents to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) between September 21 and 26. This batch includes Trans ACNR Solutions and Maharashtra Oil Extractions among others, signaling an active period for firms seeking to tap the capital markets for growth and financial restructuring.
These filings reflect a mix of business objectives such as raising capital for expansion projects, meeting working capital demands, repaying existing debts, and covering general corporate expenses. The companies represent diverse sectors ranging from agriculture and manufacturing to brewing and energy.
Trans ACNR Solutions opted for the confidential pre-filing route to submit its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI and stock exchanges. This mechanism allows companies to file their IPO documents privately without immediate public disclosure, offering regulatory review time before details become publicly accessible. As a result, specifics like the offer size, share structure, valuation, and timeline for Trans ACNR’s proposed IPO remain undisclosed at this stage. The company has confirmed it intends to list its equity shares on the main boards of the stock exchanges.
The other eight companies—Maharashtra Oil Extractions, Jagatjit Agri Engineering, Jai Parvati Forge, Koolking Industries India, Sai Infinium, SG Encon, Mount Everest Breweries, and Ultravibrant Integrated Energy—have all publicly filed their draft prospectuses with SEBI, revealing more granular information about their planned offerings.
Maharashtra Oil Extractions has proposed a fresh issue amounting to ₹370 crore combined with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 2.14 crore shares by its promoters. Founded in 1995, the firm operates across the soybean value chain, producing crude and refined edible oils, plant-based protein supplements, soya meal, flour, textured soya protein, lecithin, and specialty industrial chemicals.
Jagatjit Agri Engineering, established in 2020 and based in Ludhiana, plans an IPO that includes a fresh equity issue of up to ₹300 crore along with an OFS of 31 lakh shares by promoter Jagatjit Singh. The company manufactures agricultural implements and offers comprehensive crop solutions.
Jai Parvati Forge, located in Mohali and incorporated in 2004, specializes in forged and precision-machined components such as bull gears and transmission shafts. Its IPO proposes a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an OFS of 90 lakh shares by promoter Suman Chauhan.
Koolking Industries India, a Punjab-based HVAC components manufacturer founded in 2008, has filed for a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an OFS involving 30.50 lakh shares by promoters. According to a CARE report cited in the DRHP, Koolking held roughly 15 percent of the total addressable market in fiscal year 2026.
SG Encon’s IPO includes a fresh issue of approximately 71.90 lakh shares and an OFS of 13.71 lakh shares by promoters Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia, with a total offer size of 85.62 lakh shares. Meanwhile, Mount Everest Breweries from Indore has filed for an IPO featuring a fresh issue of up to 1.15 crore shares. The brewing company, operating since 1999, commands a significant market share of about 36.3 percent by volume in Madhya Pradesh, with a presence in 16 states and three union territories.
Sai Infinium Ltd, previously Sai Bandhan Infinium Ltd, seeks to raise funds through a fresh issue totaling ₹280 crore and an OFS of 1.20 crore shares by promoter Ishu Bansal. Ultravibrant Integrated Energy Ltd, formerly Ultravaibrant Solar Energy Ltd, has proposed a fresh issue of 1.20 crore shares and an OFS of 25 lakh shares by promoter Rajeshwar Singh.
Alongside these nine companies, an additional eleven firms, including JSW One Platforms and Anmol Industries (a biscuit manufacturer), have submitted their draft IPO papers to SEBI in recent days. This trend points to a robust period of public market activity as Indian companies seek fresh capital injection amid changes in economic conditions and investor appetite.
The surge in IPO filings reflects the broader momentum in India’s primary equity market, where companies from various sectors leverage public listings to fuel growth and enhance financial flexibility. Investors keenly watch these developments, as new listings expand opportunities in different industries and regions across the country.
