Moneyview Ltd Shares Debut on BSE & NSE with 38% Grey Market Premium
Moneyview Ltd is scheduled to make its stock market debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Investors have shown robust interest ahead of the listing, as indicated by a notable grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 13 per share, which translates to approximately 38 percent above the IPO's upper price band.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised a total of Rs 1,091.68 crore. This amount was generated through a fresh issue of 22.06 crore shares, valued at Rs 750 crore, and an offer for sale (OFS) comprising 10.05 crore shares worth Rs 341.68 crore. The IPO subscription period ran from September 24 to September 28, 2026, during which it attracted overwhelming participation from investors across segments.
Overall, the issue was subscribed 101.87 times. The retail investor segment saw a subscription rate of 20.41 times, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), excluding anchor investors, subscribed 230.54 times. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) also showed strong interest, with a subscription of 120.37 times. The basis of allotment was finalized on September 29.
The IPO price band was set between Rs 32 and Rs 34 per share, with a lot size fixed at 441 shares. For retail investors, the minimum investment for one lot was Rs 14,994 at the upper limit of the price band. The issue was managed by a consortium of book-running lead managers, including Axis Capital Ltd., BofA Securities India Ltd., IIFL Capital Services Ltd., and Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd. MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. served as the registrar for the issue.
The current grey market premium implies an estimated listing price of about Rs 47 per share, well above the IPO's upper price band. However, it is important to recognize that GMP is an unofficial market indicator and can fluctuate prior to the official listing. It is not a guaranteed reflection of the actual debut price or investor returns.

Moneyview Ltd intends to utilize the funds raised primarily to expand its lending operations. Approximately Rs 325 crore will be allocated to increasing loan disbursals under its Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) arrangements. Another Rs 250 crore is earmarked to strengthen the capital base of WFPL, the company’s significant subsidiary. The remaining amount will be directed towards general corporate purposes, totaling a planned expenditure of Rs 575 crore.
