Titan, the email service company founded by Bhavin Turakhia, has announced a partnership with Squarespace to offer its email product directly to Squarespace customers. This collaboration means that users of the popular US-based website builder can now purchase and manage custom domain email addresses alongside their website and domain registration all within the Squarespace platform.

The new product, branded as Essential Email by Titan, provides users with a professional email address tied to their own domain name. Along with the email inbox, customers gain access to a full suite of productivity tools including a calendar and contact management. These features are accessible both on desktop and mobile devices, catering to the needs of small business owners, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who require reliable communication tools.

Priced at $3 per user each month, Essential Email by Titan is available to those who either register a new domain through Squarespace or connect an existing domain to their Squarespace account. This integration streamlines the process of setting up an online presence by consolidating domain purchase, website creation, and email setup into one place. Previously, Squarespace users had to purchase email services from third-party providers, often complicating the management of their online assets.

Currently, the email service is live in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. While the companies have not provided specific timelines for expansion, they confirmed additional countries will be included in the upcoming months, broadening the availability of this combined offering to more global users.

Bhavin Turakhia, who leads Titan as its CEO, pointed out that many existing email solutions are designed primarily for large enterprises. In contrast, Titan focuses on supporting small teams and business founders by offering a product tailored to their scale and requirements. The service does not sell directly to end users but is instead bundled through partners such as domain registrars, web hosting companies, and website builders like Squarespace.

Since its establishment in 2018, Titan has grown significantly. The company claims its email service is now used on more than 40 percent of newly registered domain names worldwide, indicating strong adoption through its partner channels. Although Titan has not shared detailed user statistics or financial details concerning the Squarespace partnership, this deal marks a notable step in expanding the company’s reach within the small business market.

Squarespace itself offers a range of digital tools aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, including website building, domain sales, online store capabilities, payment processing, and appointment scheduling. By integrating Titan’s email service, Squarespace enhances its ecosystem, allowing users to manage their entire online presence more efficiently without the need to juggle multiple providers.

The introduction of Essential Email by Titan to Squarespace customers reflects a broader trend in the tech industry where platforms aim to provide comprehensive solutions within a single interface. This approach benefits users by simplifying workflows, reducing technical barriers, and improving overall service quality.

As small businesses continue to establish and grow their digital footprints, reliable email communication tied to professional domains remains a fundamental necessity. Partnerships like the one between Titan and Squarespace address this demand by delivering accessible, integrated products that support business growth and professional branding.
