Kolte-Patil Reports ₹5.7 Crore Q2 Net Profit with Income Doubling
Pune-based real estate company Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, showing a significant turnaround from the previous year. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹5.70 crore for the quarter, reversing a net loss of ₹11.14 crore in the same period last year.
This positive shift is accompanied by a strong increase in revenue. Total income for the quarter surged to ₹351.51 crore, more than double the ₹161.75 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter in the previous fiscal year. This growth highlights a marked improvement in the company’s business operations and market demand.
Looking at the first half of the fiscal year 2026-27, Kolte-Patil’s net profit reached ₹152.36 crore, a substantial rise from a net loss of ₹28.02 crore for the same period in the prior year. The total income for the six-month period also saw an impressive jump, climbing to ₹1,288.13 crore from ₹258.56 crore in the previous year.
Hrishikesh Parandekar, the Chief Executive Officer of Kolte-Patil Developers, described the first half of the year as a landmark phase for the company. He emphasized the record-breaking business performance and the expansion of the company's portfolio. Parandekar pointed out that the company achieved its highest ever pre-sales figures for both the quarter and the half-year periods, reflecting strong customer demand and effective sales strategies.
Kolte-Patil is a well-known player in India’s real estate sector, with a history of developing residential and commercial projects primarily in Maharashtra. The firm is backed by Blackstone, a global investment giant, which provides it with access to capital and strategic support. The real estate market in India has experienced fluctuations due to regulatory changes and economic conditions, making such positive results noteworthy against the backdrop of a competitive environment.
The doubling of total income and return to profitability suggest that Kolte-Patil is capitalizing on improving market conditions and possibly benefiting from a revival in demand for housing and commercial spaces. The company’s ability to expand its project portfolio also indicates confidence in future growth.
Real estate developers across India have been closely watched by investors and analysts as the sector gradually recovers from disruptions caused by the pandemic and regulatory reforms. Companies like Kolte-Patil that demonstrate robust financial health and strong sales momentum may attract increased attention from buyers and institutional investors alike.
In summary, Kolte-Patil Developers’ performance in the second quarter and the first half of 2026-27 highlights a positive trajectory. The firm’s turnaround from losses to profit, coupled with a doubling of income, reflects strategic execution and favorable market dynamics. These results position Kolte-Patil well for the remainder of the fiscal year as it continues to pursue growth opportunities in the real estate sector.
