Investors navigating a busy earnings season, geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, and the upcoming U.S. midterm elections face a complex market environment. Concerns over escalating spending on artificial intelligence (AI) projects have also tempered sentiment. Despite these short-term distractions, a group of seasoned Wall Street analysts remains optimistic about certain stocks that show promising long-term potential.

According to TipRanks, a platform that tracks analyst performance, three companies stand out as favored picks for sustained growth: Datadog, Nvidia, and SpaceX. Each company operates in sectors closely linked to AI innovation and cloud technology, positioning them well to benefit from ongoing industry trends.

Datadog: Rising Demand in Cloud Observability and Security

Datadog, known for its AI-enabled observability and security platform, is set to release its third-quarter results on November 4. The company has experienced strong demand driven by the continued migration to cloud infrastructure and the fast adoption of AI solutions. Key performance indicators tracked by TipRanks reveal steady expansion of Datadog’s customer base, signaling growing market penetration.

Bank of America analyst Koji Ikeda, who ranks among the top analysts on TipRanks, maintained a buy rating on Datadog while raising his price target from $305 to $335. Ikeda cites industry research indicating robust demand for infrastructure software, with AI serving as a major growth catalyst. He pointed out that Datadog and Atlassian are his preferred names due to their potential to capitalize on AI tailwinds, which could enhance their valuations despite already trading at premium multiples.

Ikeda also highlighted that the total addressable market for observability solutions is expanding more rapidly than expected, fueled by enterprise AI growth and the rise of consumer AI agents. He expects Datadog’s revenue to grow by approximately 28.7% in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, slightly below the consensus estimate of 29.1%. Additionally, Ikeda believes the market underappreciates the upside potential in Datadog’s security product line, although he warns of risks related to customer concentration.

Nvidia: Semiconductor Leader Strengthening AI Capabilities

Semiconductor giant Nvidia continues to reap benefits from the surge in AI demand. Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore reaffirmed a buy rating on Nvidia stock with a $300 price target after attending the company’s GTC Berlin conference. Moore regards Nvidia as a top pick within the semiconductor industry.

While the conference did not introduce major new announcements, it reinforced Moore’s view that Nvidia is effectively managing supply chain challenges, including those related to manufacturing capacity, power, and funding. He is optimistic about opportunities arising from these areas as Nvidia prepares for 2027.

Moore noted that Nvidia’s Vera Rubin architecture is gaining traction, though details about the next-generation Rubin Ultra were limited. Demand for Nvidia’s products continues to exceed supply, with efforts underway to close this gap through improvements in substrate, packaging, and testing processes. Despite constraints around TSMC’s 3-nanometer wafer supply, Moore expects these pressures to ease over time, supporting Nvidia’s growth trajectory.

SpaceX: Impressive Revenue Growth Fueled by AI and Connectivity

SpaceX recently reported strong results for the third quarter, with AI-related revenue surging to $7.56 billion from $813 million in the same period last year. Needham analyst Ryan Koontz responded positively, reiterating a buy rating on SpaceX stock and setting a $250 price target.

Koontz praised SpaceX’s vertically integrated business model for enabling significant scale. The company’s total revenue jumped 161% year-over-year in Q3 2026, driven in part by the Connectivity segment, which saw a 69.5% increase in revenue and generated an operating income of $2.37 billion. Subscriber numbers also climbed to 13.6 million.

AI revenue from wholesale spot compute deals grew sequentially by over 195%, highlighting management’s increasing commitment to an AI-focused strategy. SpaceX plans to add 10 gigawatts of incremental capacity in 2027, reflecting confidence in its Starship reuse program and operational scalability.

Koontz’s analysis underscores the potential for continued growth as SpaceX leverages its integrated capabilities across aerospace and AI markets.

Context and Market Perspective

These three companies exemplify how technology firms with strong AI integration and cloud infrastructure solutions are attracting investor interest. Datadog’s focus on observability aligns with enterprises’ need to monitor complex systems, while Nvidia’s leadership in semiconductor innovation supports AI computing demands. SpaceX’s expansion into AI and satellite connectivity places it at the intersection of aerospace and digital infrastructure.

As AI adoption accelerates across industries, firms positioned to provide essential tools and services are likely to experience significant growth opportunities. Investors looking past current volatility may find value in companies with proven business models and strategic investments in AI technologies.

Tracking analyst insights from reputable sources such as TipRanks can help investors identify stocks with strong research backing and favorable long-term outlooks. Datadog, Nvidia, and SpaceX are examples of such stocks that combine technological innovation with expanding market potential.
