Zee Entertainment shares plunged over 12% after Sebi barred founder Subhash Chandra and CEO Punit Goenka from the securities market for one year over an unauthorised property pledge case. The regulator also fined ZEEL and flagged governance lapses, even as shareholders recently approved a Rs 3,144 crore promoter fundraise.
