Vedanta will sell up to 1.59% stake in Hindustan Zinc via an OFS, cashing in on the subsidiary’s sharp rally. HZL shares have jumped 66% in six months amid soaring metal and silver prices, pushing its valuation to Rs 3.2 lakh crore and prompting Vedanta to monetise part of its holding.
