Rs 7.3 trillion InvIT market sees investor base surge 17% as Q1 payouts rise 15% YoY

India’s InvIT sector saw investor participation surge 17% sequentially to 6.53 lakh unitholders in Q1 FY27. Distributions rose 15% to ₹5,923 crore, while AUM increased 13.7% year-on-year to ₹7.3 lakh crore, reflecting stronger investor confidence and consistent cash flows.
