NSE allots shares worth $703 million to anchor investors ahead of IPO, sources say

The National Stock Exchange allocated shares worth over $700 million to anchor investors. India’s Life Insurance Corporation and Norway’s Norges Bank were among the top participants. This allocation precedes NSE’s significant $2.3 billion initial public offering. The exchange’s IPO is an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders. Public subscription for the shares opens on Thursday and closes Monday.
