LIC reported a net profit of ₹13,492 crore for Q1, up 22.8% YoY. Total premium income rose 6.8% to ₹1,27,250 crore. Value of New Business increased 61.3% YoY, and the net VNB margin improved to 22.9%. LIC retains 60.10% market share in Indian life insurance.
