IndiQube Spaces Q1 revenue jumps 37% to record Rs 428 crore

IndiQube Spaces reported record Q1FY27 revenue of ₹428 crore, up 37% year-on-year. EBITDA rose 34%, while PAT surged 91% to ₹35 crore. Area under management and seat capacity expanded, alongside stronger occupancy and rapidly growing value-added services.
