ICICI Lombard reported a 7.3% YoY rise in Q4 FY2026 net profit to ₹547 crore, driven by retail health insurance demand. FY26 profit after tax grew by 10.5% to ₹2,772 crore. A final dividend of ₹7 per share was proposed, subject to approval.
