Global Market: Japanese investors dump overseas bonds as rising crude revives inflation fears

Japanese investors sold foreign bonds at the fastest pace in nearly three months during the week ended July 18 as surging oil prices revived inflation concerns and reinforced expectations of higher global interest rates for longer. They also turned net sellers of foreign equities, while overseas investors trimmed their exposure to Japanese bonds and stocks.
