Dhoot Transmission Ltd will open its Rs 3,067-crore IPO on August 10. The price band is set between Rs 829 and Rs 871 per share. This offering includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale component. Proceeds will fund debt repayment and new manufacturing plants. The company expects its stock market debut on August 17.
