Asian Paints reported double-digit sales volume growth in its decorative paints segment for the first time in seven quarters, helping it surpass July–September profit estimates. The company also posted year-on-year net profit growth for the first time in six quarters, supported by improved operations. Sales volume rose 10.9% and value increased 6%, aided by a low base from last year.
