Shares of Advent Hotels debuted at Rs 310 on the BSE, a 17.2% premium over Valor Estate Ltd’s last close of Rs 264, following its demerger from the parent company. Under the NCLT-approved scheme, Valor shareholders received 1 Advent share for every 10 Valor shares held. 5.39 crore shares were listed on November 13, 2025.
