India’s six listed REITs distributed Rs 3,136 crore to more than 4.85 lakh unitholders in Q1 FY27, reflecting strong rental collections and stable cash flows. Their combined AUM exceeded Rs 3.17 lakh crore, while market capitalisation crossed Rs 2.17 lakh crore.
