NDR InvIT Trust successfully raised Rs 410 crore through a bond issuance. The issuance saw strong investor demand, with the International Finance Corporation and India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited participating. Funds will be used to acquire warehousing assets, expanding NDR InvIT’s logistics and warehousing portfolio.
